
We’re taking a break from our regular message to introduce our awesome lineup of instructors at Twirly Studios!
Meet Rachel, who is currently teaching our Aerial Silks in both Intro, and L1 beginner. Her cross-training routine includes spin, contortion, handstands, acro yoga, and weightlifting. You can find her practicing deadlifts in studio as this is one of her favorite thing to do during pole practice.
Off the pole, some of her favorite things are coffee, ice cream and cats. She has an 11 year old kitty named Aria (not named after Game of Thrones) and enjoys hiking, board games, and traveling.
