Mask Up!

Twirly Studios requires all students & staff to wear a mask when inside. If you did not bring one for class, a disposable surgical mask will be provided.

Reservation Window

For all classes are register in advance at least 15 minutes prior to start. We do not have walk-in service, and drop-in exceptions are only when already onsite for a class immediately preceding and the instructor has offered to make a spot available.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a generous 12-hour cancellation policy for those that are stuck in a situation and can’t get to class in time.  Your class pass is then available for use at another time. However, if you cancel last minute or are no-show, you have forfeited the class pass fee.

For virtual sessions, all registered students at time of class will receive a link to the recording of the class to practice over the next week, at your pace, at your place.

Students using an Unlimited Onsite pass that are late cancel or no-show will have $20 charged to their account per class.

Late Policy

Students arriving late to class will be missing on warm-up or class guidance essential to prevent injury, and interrupt instruction for everyone else. For safety, any students arriving more than 10 min into class will be considered a late cancel and will not be allowed to participate.

Pass Purchase Policy

Online unlimited monthly passes start from the date of the first class scheduled after the package is purchased.  Class passes have an expiration date of 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on the service.  If you believe you have a credit due to covid-related closures, please contact info@twirlystudios.com.

Return Policy

All sales are final, no refunds are provided and applied credit on the account is at the discretion of Twirly Tribe Studio, LLC.  For more information, and to review your account including purchase & use history, email info@twirlystudios.com or call Rosanne at (707) 400-0795 to request a report.

Terms and Conditions

Please arrive on time for classes, dressed and ready to start your session at the scheduled time. We suggest that you arrive to the studio 15 minutes early with street clothes over your dance clothes to avoid lines in changing areas.  Allow time for parking in the Spring St public parking lot (near Stanley) or for street parking, and walk to the studio.  We ask that you respect both our instructors and other students by showing up on time.

Age Requirements
If you are under the age of 18, we require parental consent. Our studio has a minimum age requirement and we require written consent from a parent or legal guardian. A parent needs to come to the studio with you so they can verify the release form of liability for insurance liability purposes.

If your child is under the age of 16, we suggest a private lesson so the instructor can determine which classes may be suitable for your child.
